my organizer is lost somewhere under the giant pile of clothes, so:

etc., etc.

And I have a strong affection for abandoned gas stations as well. Abandoned buildings in general really. I passed through Merdian Mississippi once on the way to Texas and ended up spending the whole day taking photos when I should have been trying to make good driving time. Lots of department stores with old mannequins still fitted with polyester pant suits and dusty wigs. It was paradise.
best one? well, this one is tough since i’ve been rewatching a ridiculous amount of films lately (sounds familiar, huh?). but i guess the best (and most recent one) would be atom egoyan’s exotica.
[by the way, this is a perfect time for a nice summer/road flicks so i guess i’ll rewatch all of my favourite ones as soon as i go through my thesis defence/am back from the festival, yes.]
worst, um…i’d say look what’s happened to rosemary’s baby but i’m not sure if it counts. also coppola’s somewhere was a major disappointment to me.
& i’d add abandoned farms to the list.
